DGK Workgroup Materials Science Crystallography

DGK-Workgroup Materials science crystallography Summer School “Synthesis and characterization of inorganic functional materials”

“Synthesis and characterization of inorganic functional materials”

at the Max-Planck-Institut für Kohlenforschung, Mülheim an der Ruhr

July 22 – 24, 2019

The Summer School is intended for graduate students, PhD students, and young scientists active in solid state research (chemistry, physics), geo-sciences, crystallography, and materials science. Aim of the school is to give an overview on different methods for the synthesis and characterization of inorganic materials against the background of different application.

The participants are encouraged to present their work as posters during the evening session on Monday. Individual problems will be discussed. The language of the school will be English.

Deadline for registration May 31, 2019
